Martin S. Betts FIMI – Co-Chairman

A broad experience of the Motor Trade Industry, spanning over 30 years and encompassing most sectors of the trade, has enabled Martin to develop a strategic insight into this rapidly changing arena. Martin adds value by bringing a 'wider perspective' to The Fleet Auction Group from both his personal experiences and through his involvement as a Board Member of the Institute of the Motor Industry.

Andrew R. Walker FIMI – Chief Executive Officer

With over 20 years experience in the Motor Vehicle Auction Industry, spent at ground, managerial and director level, Andrew has a comprehensive understanding of both vendor and purchaser requirements, whilst maintaining a 'hands on, down to earth' approach to meeting these needs. A respected auctioneer, whose proactive manner has resulted in the implementation of many new selling concepts, Andrew is also committed to raising professional standards across the Industry through his membership of appropriate industry bodies and trade associations.

Kevin S. Clarke MIMI – Operations Director

With personally-auctioned vehicles now exceeding 300,000 nationwide, Kevin has an auctioneering pedigree second to none. Coupled with 20 years’ experience of auction operations, he is responsible for the day to day running of the site. His comprehensive and in-depth product knowledge also enables him to assist companies in the accurate valuation of vehicles and in the forecasting of residual values.

Mike Gray – Sales Director (Commercials)

One of the UK’s leading commercial vehicle experts with over 30 years experience at the sharp end of the Industry, Mike's long-established client base is wide and varied, from owner-driver to major blue chip companies and vehicle manufacturers. His name is synonymous with quality and attention to detail, and his Sales have attracted purchasers from around the world.

Andrew W.J. Timmis – Sales Director

With a sales background stretching over 25 years, an immense client base, and a reputation for 'delivering the goods', Andrew is well known throughout the Industry. His methodical, yet sensitive, approach to meeting his customers’ needs ensures that they receive the best of service and results. As testament to his high Industry standing and personal knowledge, Andrew is closely involved with many large Fleets in an advisory capacity.

Guy C. Pearce FIMI – Sales Director (Cars)

Guy has responsibility for developing the company’s business strategy and key revenue streams with vehicle manufacturers, contract hire and leasing companies, privately owned company vehicles and other direct fleet disposal vendors. He has been with FLAG since 2002 and has worked in management and consultancy roles within the motor industry for the last fifteen years.

Saad A. Al-Hunayan BA (Hons) - Director

Saad is the Chairman and Managing Director of ‘Ijara House Holding Company’. With a Degree in Finance to his name from ‘Kuwait University’ he also has more than 15 years of experience in financial auditing, reporting, investment analysis, economic research, investment portfolios and funds management. During his career Saad has held several significant positions in the Arabian Gulf region.

Ali Mubarak Al Dabbous BA (Hons) – Director

Ali is a Director of ‘Ijara House Holding Company’, he earned his degree in Economics from ‘Miami University’ in USA and has since held several important Positions throughout the MENA region.
Ali retains several other positions including Chairman and Managing Director of ‘Al Ritaj Holding Company’, Director of ‘Pharonia Pharmaceuticals Company’ and Director of ‘Delta Pharma Company’.

Khalid Al Mahdi MBA MA – Director

Khalid manages the Business Development sector of ‘Ijara House Holding Company’ in Kuwait, Dubai and the UK, he has a Masters of Arts in ‘Business Administration’ and ‘Islamic Banking and Finance’ which he gained from his time at ‘Loughborough University’. Khalid has a comprehensive background in business development and finance.
